Please call us today to speak with an intake specialist. Preparation is required before the meeting with Career and Recovery Resources case managers. You will need to schedule a new appointment if you are missing the following documents at your first meeting:
The program also provides support for and education for family members. Below are some of the required documents you will need. You may also need documentation, such as a homeless letter, eviction/vacate notice, utility bill disconnection notice, copy of your lease, and a domestic violence certification form.
